- Mere Conduit transmission (Art. 4 DSA) — short-lived signalling rooms (60 s TTL)
- Caching (Art. 5 DSA) — time-limited anonymous index entries (24 h TTL)
- Hosting (Art. 6 DSA) — within the scope of the same index entries
Treffnah is a tool provider and is not a contracting party in service contracts concluded between users. Responsibility for the content, quality, and fulfilment of the brokered trade services lies exclusively with the respective users directly between themselves.
